Deep Fat Fry Cleaner – Is a concentrated powder cleaner formulated for removal of baked on fats and carbon deposits from deep fryers.
PRODUCT APPLICATION
1 Empty deep fat fryer of oil and clean off adhering oils using SDC cleaner
2 Fill the deep fryer with water, add deep fat fryer cleaner powder at the rate of 40 grams per liter
3 Bring solution to boil and allow to cool .Contact time should be 30 min – 1hr depending on soilage.
4 Empty deep fryer of solution and rinse with fresh water
